After a long period of restructuring, the organization Wildcard has announced another change — coach Vincent “vinS” Józefiak is leaving the team. The roster begins a new chapter, reassessing its direction ahead of the conclusion of the autumn season cycle.
A new chapter for Wildcard
The decision to part ways marks the culmination of several months of inconsistent results and internal changes. After a series of lineup experiments and regional transitions, Wildcard gradually lost its position in the global ranking, dropping from a peak of #17 in January to the current #49.
The team finished their run at the ESL Challenger League Season 50 North America Cup 3 in second place, losing in the final to SkinRave. Despite a positive win rate (62.5% over the past three months), their results remained inconsistent — winning streaks were followed by short slumps, indicating a lack of stable competitive rhythm.
According to HLTV, the average age of the Wildcard roster is 23.8 years — a young lineup that combines experience and potential. However, the experienced coach was meant to play a key role in shaping a stable in-game philosophy, meaning that this coaching change could open a new chapter in the history of the American organization.

vinS’s journey with Wildcard
The Polish coach joined Wildcard in mid-2024 and spent over a year with the team. Under his guidance, the roster achieved significant progress — qualifying for the Perfect World Shanghai Major, reaching the Legends Stage, and winning several regional tournaments.
Despite these accomplishments, the situation within the organization became more complex in the second half of 2025: constant lineup changes, short-term rotations, and a lack of consistent results led to a reevaluation of roles and the long-term vision. According to Wildcard representatives, the decision to part ways was made “by mutual agreement of both sides.”
