In December 2024, Virtus.pro unexpectedly benched their captain Dzhami “Jame” Ali, and it seemed that the career of the “economic AWPer” was coming to an end. However, by the fall of 2025 he proved the opposite: with PARIVISION, a roster built around young ambitious talents, Jame not only made his mark at LAN tournaments but also surpassed his former employers in the Valve Regional Standings — symbolically confirming that his game vision continues to deliver results.

PARIVISION rise above VP in VRS

The latest Valve Ranking update showed that PARIVISION hold the 19th place in the world with 1445 VRS points, while Virtus.pro sit only at 21st with 1436. Although the gap is just 9 points, it carries crucial weight: it determines who remains in direct contention for a spot at PGL Major Budapest 2025.

In the European qualifier race, PARIVISION are currently 15th, while VP are 16th, meaning Jame’s squad sits higher in the standings. This looks like a resounding answer to the doubts that surfaced after his departure: Jame has shown that he remains a top-tier leader, capable of guiding a team to the Major.

Majestic LanDaLan 3: triumph in the final against BetBoom

One of the key factors behind PARIVISION’s rise was their performance at the LAN tournament Majestic LanDaLan 3. In the grand final, Jame’s team faced BetBoom — another organization vying for the title of new “regional kings.” The best-of-5 series turned into a real thriller, with both sides squeezing the most out of their map pools.

  • Mirage — 13:10 (PARIVISION took the opening map on BetBoom’s pick)
  • Dust2 — 8:13 (BetBoom leveled the series with clutch rounds)
  • Ancient — 13:7 (Jame’s squad dismantled their opponents’ defense)
  • Train — 8:13 (BetBoom forced a decider, keeping the suspense alive)
  • Overpass — 13:3 (PARIVISION closed it out in the style of true champions)

The final confirmed the key takeaway: PARIVISION’s young players do not shy away from pressure. They won two decisive map points with full confidence, crushing BetBoom 13:3 on Overpass.

Final leaders: xiELO and Jame

The best player of the final was Vladislav xiELO Lysov, who ended the series with a 1.39 HLTV Rating 3.0. His aggressive style and consistent aim proved to be the driving force behind PARIVISION.

At the same time, Jame once again showed why he is called the “game brain” of his team. He finished the final with 75 kills and a +21 differential, posting a 1.22 rating. For a player who was considered “washed” just a year ago, these numbers mean more than stats — they are proof of the relevance of his approach.

What this victory means

For PARIVISION, the triumph at Majestic LanDaLan 3 became their first major trophy. For Jame, it was symbolic confirmation that his competitive era is far from over. The team gained a significant boost in VRS, strengthened their Major qualification chances, and showed they can compete on LAN against strong opponents.

For Virtus.pro, however, this result is another wake-up call. Despite a strong roster with FL1T, fame, and Perfecto, the team is stuck in the rankings and has lost ground to Jame’s new project. The symbolism is obvious: the captain they cut loose has now pulled ahead.

In less than a year, Jame managed to restore his reputation and prove that his playing style — deliberate, slow, and controlled — remains effective even in the new CS2 era. And PARIVISION, combining youth and experience, have emerged as a new regional powerhouse.

Looking at the VRS standings today, the headline is clear: Jame has not only returned to the top, but he has done so by leaving Virtus.pro behind.
