Maikil “Golden” Selim is a Swedish in-game leader who guided Fnatic to titles at IEM Katowice and WESG World Finals, restoring the organization to international relevance during a rebuilding phase. Following his playing career, Golden transitioned into coaching, continuing to develop young rosters and focusing on structure, culture-building, and long-term system growth. His leadership philosophy centers on discipline and team identity, carrying his IGL experience into his coaching path.
