The race for the PGL Singapore Major has taken a sharp turn. BIG are out of the race after a 5th-6th place finish at Stake Ranked Episode 5. Inner Circle ended up in the same position after another lower-bracket loss. Meanwhile, B8 missed the podium at RLG Tesla Cup 2026.
These results matter because they change the picture across all regions. Mischief’s final all-regions VRS cheat sheet shows how each result affects the teams still chasing a Major spot. As a result, every remaining match now carries extra weight.
How the Race Reached This Point
The new VRS cheat sheet covers all regions and shows each team’s chances based on its final placement. It points to several key storylines. NRG will face Wildcard at FiRe, B8 needed a top-two finish at RLG Tesla Cup for safety, and 100T need a big run at Stake. In addition, the guide mentions a mini Stake RMR involving Inner Circle, Eternal Fire, BIG and fnatic.
B8 are a good example of how fine the margins are. Mischief corrected an earlier mistake in the new guide. B8 are not safe with a third-place finish, and only a top-two result guaranteed their spot. However, a third-place finish would likely still have been enough.

What Happened at Stake Ranked Episode 5 and RLG Tesla Cup
At Stake Ranked Episode 5, BIG beat magic in the first round. However, they then lost to fnatic and Eternal Fire. Therefore, the team finished 5th-6th and is out of the race for a Singapore Major spot.
Inner Circle first lost to MIBR, which put them against the wall in the lower bracket. They then lost to Astralis and also finished 5th-6th. Before that second loss, a run to the grand final was the minimum they needed for a realistic shot at qualifying.
Meanwhile, RLG Tesla Cup 2026 ended with a third-place match between FaZe and B8. FaZe won that match and took third place, while B8 finished fourth. In the guide, FaZe’s third place sits in the likely-safe range, so the result helps them. B8, however, missed the top-two finish they needed to be fully safe.
What Comes Next for BIG
BIG had signed up for EPIC49, but they are now expected to withdraw from the British event. They should avoid any VRS penalty because the registration period is still open. As a result, the German organization can step away from the tournament without further damage to its ranking.
Why These Results Matter
Overall, this round of results shows how little room for error remains. BIG and Inner Circle both finished 5th-6th at Stake Ranked Episode 5, and both are now far from a Major spot. Meanwhile, FaZe finished third at RLG Tesla Cup 2026, and B8 finished fourth. With NRG against Wildcard at FiRe and 100T needing a strong run at Stake, the final qualification picture will take shape in the coming events.
