FURIA continue to build momentum rapidly toward the end of the season. Following their recent successes, the Brazilians have already won two tournaments in 2026 and closed the gap to Spirit, who remain the second most successful team of the year by this measure with three titles. Vitality are still far ahead of everyone else.
Vitality are far ahead
Vitality remain the undisputed leaders of the season in terms of tournament victories. The French organization have already collected seven trophies in 2026, leaving even their closest challengers a long way from first place.
Spirit occupy second place with three victories. That figure currently looks like a much more realistic target for FURIA, as the Brazilians have two titles and need just one more successful tournament to draw level with the “Dragons.”
FURIA are already close to Spirit
Not long ago, FURIA did not look like a team capable of challenging for one of the top positions in these statistics. However, two championship victories during the season have dramatically changed the situation, and the team now sit just one trophy behind Spirit.
If FURIA maintain their current pace, the Brazilians could move into second place in tournament victories before the end of the year. They only need to win one tournament to catch Spirit, while another victory would put them ahead.
The group of teams with two titles
Alongside FURIA, Legacy and NAVI have also won two tournaments each in 2026. As a result, three teams currently sit at the same distance behind Spirit and could potentially enter the race for second place.

However, FURIA have recently looked like the most dangerous contender in this race. The team have built strong momentum and turned the final stretch of the season into an opportunity to significantly improve their position among the year’s most successful teams.
Other tournament winners this season
MOUZ, 9z, Falcons, FUT, and PARIVISION have each won one tournament in 2026 so far. For these teams, the battle for second place looks considerably more difficult, as they need two additional titles just to catch Spirit.
At the same time, the fact that only ten teams have won at least one championship clearly demonstrates how heavily tournament victories have been concentrated among a small group of teams throughout the year. This is particularly evident in Vitality’s case, as they have won more tournaments than Spirit and FURIA combined.
FURIA could finish the year in second place
The situation for FURIA is now straightforward: one more title would put them level with Spirit, while two more would give them outright second place. Even then, however, the gap to Vitality and their seven victories would remain enormous.
Therefore, the main storyline of the closing stages of 2026 may not be the battle for first place, but the race to become Vitality’s closest challenger. And FURIA, who already have two trophies, could very well reach that position faster than anyone else.
