His lead over his closest challenger is also quite noticeable. HEROIC’s susp took second place with a 1.88 rating, delivering an equally impressive start to the tournament.
Liquid secured two spots in the rankings
Even more interesting is the presence of two Liquid players in the top five. EliGE and malbsMd have exactly the same rating of 1.81, occupying third and fourth place, respectively.
For Liquid, this is a particularly encouraging sign at the start of the tournament. Having two players among the day’s best individual performers demonstrates just how strongly the team began their campaign in Beijing.
