Team Spirit have qualified for the BLAST Bounty Season 2 LAN Finals after defeating 100 Thieves 2-1 in the Stage 2 Round of 16. Despite dropping Mirage in one of the tournament’s biggest surprises, the world No. 1 recovered on Dust2 to secure the series and continue their title campaign.
Road to the LAN Finals

Spirit entered BLAST Bounty Season 2 as one of the tournament favorites and justified that status by overcoming a dangerous challenge from 100 Thieves. The victory sends them to the LAN Finals in Malta, where they remain among the leading title contenders.
100 Thieves impressed despite the defeat. After reaching Stage 2 with victories over Falcons, they pushed the world’s top-ranked team to a deciding map before their campaign ended in the Round of 16.
100 Thieves push Spirit to the limit

The series began on Anubis, the map pick of 100 Thieves. Although the underdogs put up a fight, Spirit controlled the key rounds behind another dominant performance from Danil “donk” Kryshkovets to claim a 13-11 victory.
The second map, Mirage, completely shifted the momentum. 100 Thieves produced one of their strongest maps of the season, shutting Spirit down with aggressive CT setups and disciplined trading to equalize the series with a convincing 13-4 win.
Everything came down to Dust2, where Spirit immediately took control. The CIS squad gave their opponents almost no room to recover, cruising to a one-sided 13-0 victory to seal the match.
Map results:
- Anubis — 100 Thieves 11:13 Spirit
- Mirage — 100 Thieves 13:4 Spirit
- Dust2 — 100 Thieves 0:13 Spirit

2-1! Enough with the ‘upsets’. See y’all in Malta!
100 Thieves player Gizmy reflected on the missed opportunity, admitting the team let Anubis slip away before being overwhelmed on the decider.
Could have been a different story if we closed Anubis, but we lost our composure unfortunately. Back to practice.

Meanwhile, 100 Thieves exit the event after a competitive showing that included taking a map off the world’s No. 1 team and pushing the favorites further than many expected.
