  • What are the event operating hours?

    Please note that the venue is closed on Mondays. Regular operating hours for the venue are as follows: Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM For esports matches scheduled to start at 10:00 AM, gates open 30 minutes prior at 9:30 AM.
  • What is the bag policy and clear-bag/luggage rule?

    1 Bag per person not exceeding 45 cm × 35 cm × 20 cm (approximately 40 L), subject to inspection at security checkpoints. Large suitcases, luggage, and oversized bags exceeding standard carry-on dimensions are strictly prohibited inside match arenas. On-site cloakrooms and left-luggage facilities are available near main venue entrances.
  • Can I bring outside food and water?

    Empty refillable water bottles (non-glass, up to 750 ml) and small personal snacks (e.g., protein bars, fruit) are permitted. Sealed or unsealed outside meals and fast food are not allowed inside the match halls. Free water refill stations are located throughout the concourses.
  • Is the venue fully accessible?

    Yes, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is fully step-free. All hall entrances, main stage seating areas, fan zones, and restrooms feature wheelchair access and dedicated viewing platforms. Companion seating is available alongside designated accessible ticket zones.
  • Are free Wi-Fi and charging stations available?

    High-speed public Wi-Fi is available across all venue halls. Dedicated phone charging stations and power-bank rental kiosks are located in the main central concourse and outdoor Fan Village.

Ticketing & Entry

  • Do I need a single-day ticket, a weekend pass, or a tournament pass?

    Tickets are sold by game title and date: Daily Regular Passes: Grant general admission to single-day group stages or placement matches for a specific title. Tournament Passes: Cover all stages of a specific game's tournament. Final Day Seating Passes: Required for championship final matches (offering tiered Gold, Silver, and Bronze seating options).
  • Are tickets transferable or refundable?

    All tickets are non-refundable unless an event day is officially canceled. Ticket transfers must be processed exclusively through the official digital ticketing partner portal. Resale via unauthorized third-party platforms is strictly prohibited.
  • Can I leave the venue and re-enter on the same day?

    Re-entry is permitted for valid single-day and multi-day pass holders. Attendees must scan out at the exit turnstiles and obtain a digital stamp/wristband for re-entry upon return.

Tournament Structure & Fan Experience

  • How does the multi-game schedule work across the 7 weeks?

    The event spans 7 consecutive weeks, featuring 24 leading game titles across tactical shooters, MOBAs, fighting games, battle royales, and racing. Each week highlights specific game finals (e.g., VALORANT and Dota 2 in early July; CS2, Trackmania, and Fortnite Reload in mid-August).   • How can I meet my favorite teams and content creators?

    Official meet-and-greet sessions take place daily in the main Fan Village. Access to select signing sessions requires a free digital queue pass, which can be claimed each morning via the official event app on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Do I need a VIP or Fan Fest ticket to participate in team meet and greets?

    No, general tournament pass holders have full access to the Fan Fest concourse, where public player signing sessions, partner booths, and team meet-and-greets take place. Premium passes (such as Superfan packages or Esports Embassy tickets) simply offer priority or fast-track access to select lines.
  • Is there official event merchandise on site?

    Yes, a central megastore in the main concourse carries official event apparel, team jerseys, limited-edition gear, and exclusive collectibles. Individual team booths in the Fan Village also offer club-specific merch.
  • Where can I watch matches if a specific arena hall reaches capacity?

    If a specific match arena reaches maximum capacity, all the action is broadcast live on giant outdoor screens in the central Fan Village and viewing lounges throughout the venue.

Transport, Travel & Local Tips

  • What is the best way to get to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles via public transit?

    Public transit is the fastest way to reach the venue: Metro: Line 12 (Porte de Versailles station) stops directly at the main entrance. Tramway: Lines T2 and T3a (Porte de Versailles stop). Bus: Lines 39 and 80.
  • Is parking available at or near the venue?

    On-site parking is available at VIPARIS visitor parking facilities (P1, P3, and P6). However, parking spaces fill up quickly during major tournament days, so reserving a spot online in advance or taking public transit is strongly recommended.
  • Where can we eat or grab a coffee between match blocks?
