In our community, we have a useful customer support service. It’s so prominent in the digital world. Our Help Department works 24/7 every day. And it is imperative to give quick answers to your questions.
If you want to use it, please, use some few simple tips, that will rise effectiveness of its work:
- Important. The more useful information you give us, the easier it is to resolve your issue.
- Never. Please do not duplicate your requests. If we did not answer you immediately, please wait. Do not re-write to us with a question. Wait for an answer.
- Remember. We have terms of using our service and if you will break it can’t help you. Unfortunately.
You have two ways for contacting our support:
- Open your email service and contact us at help@skin.club
- Open SKIN.CLUB and login with your Steam Account. After that, you can see on the right side of our website a special contact form. It’s a Support Form.
Important information
You may contact our support only on SKIN.CLUB Support Form on our website or email help@skin.club. Never use: Steam, Discord, FB, etc. PM. Only our Support Form is suitable and trustworthy.
A huge number of people write PM to Сontributors/Content Makers/other volunteers with support issues. Don’t do it, please. SkinClub volunteers aren’t our employees. They can’t help you with support tickets and reports.
