How CS2 to Warzone conversion works

Warzone’s mouse sensitivity turns the camera 0.0066° per count at value 1, a bit under a third of CS2’s 0.022°. To keep the same turn distance, multiply your CS2 number by 3.333. CS2 1.25 at 800 DPI becomes 4.167 in Warzone.

The converter is set to CS2 → Call of Duty: Warzone and converts hipfire sensitivity. Enter your CS2 value and DPI to see the Warzone number with your cm/360°, in/360° and eDPI. A new DPI for Warzone goes in the DPI field under Convert To.

CS2 to Warzone formula

Warzone sens = CS2 sens × 0.022 / 0.0066 = CS2 sens × 3.333. Equal DPI is assumed; with a different DPI, also multiply by CS2 DPI ÷ Warzone DPI. CS2 1.6 at 400 DPI, for example, is Warzone 2.667 at 800 DPI.

ADS settings stay separate

Aiming down sights is governed by Warzone’s own ADS options: an ADS sensitivity multiplier and, with the Relative ADS type, a Monitor Distance Coefficient. None of them come across through the converter, because CS2 only zooms on scoped weapons.

FOV matters as well. Warzone has a field of view slider, and a wider setting makes the same cm/360° look slower on screen without changing how far you move the mouse.

faq

  • Does this converter set my Warzone ADS sensitivity?

No. It converts the main mouse sensitivity, which Warzone uses for hipfire. ADS values are set in the game’s ADS options.

  • Is Warzone sensitivity the same as Overwatch 2?

For hipfire, yes. Both games use 0.0066° per count, so the CS2 conversion gives the same number for each.

  • Why does Warzone feel faster at the same cm/360?

A wider field of view compresses how far objects travel across the screen during a turn. The physical distance stays identical; only the visual speed changes.
