How CS2 to Valorant conversion works
Valorant turns the camera 0.07° per mouse count at sensitivity 1, while CS2 turns it 0.022°. The same number is therefore about 3.2 times faster in Valorant, and your CS2 value has to shrink when you move over.
The converter above is already set to CS2 → Valorant. Enter your CS2 sensitivity and DPI, and it returns the Valorant sensitivity that needs the same mouse distance for a full 360° turn. It also shows your current cm/360°, in/360° and eDPI. Planning a new DPI for Valorant? Put it in the DPI field under Convert To and the result updates.
CS2 to Valorant formula
Valorant sens = CS2 sens × 0.022 / 0.07, which comes down to CS2 sens ÷ 3.182. At 800 DPI, CS2 sensitivity 1.25 becomes 0.393 in Valorant, and both need 41.56 cm of mouse travel for a 360° turn.
If DPI changes too, multiply by old DPI ÷ new DPI. CS2 2.0 at 400 DPI turns into Valorant 0.314 at 800 DPI.
CS2 to Valorant sensitivity table
CS2 sensitivity (800 DPI) | eDPI | cm/360° | Valorant sens (800 DPI) | Valorant sens (1600 DPI) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | 800 | 51.95 | 0.314 | 0.157 |
1.25 | 1000 | 41.56 | 0.393 | 0.196 |
1.5 | 1200 | 34.64 | 0.471 | 0.236 |
2 | 1600 | 25.98 | 0.629 | 0.314 |
2.5 | 2000 | 20.78 | 0.786 | 0.393 |
What doesn’t carry over from CS2
Only hipfire sensitivity transfers. Valorant applies a separate Scoped Sensitivity Multiplier whenever you aim down sights or use a sniper scope, so set it in the Range after converting your main value.
Don’t compare eDPI between the two games. eDPI is DPI × in-game sensitivity, so it inherits each game’s scale: 800 eDPI in CS2 is the same physical speed as about 251 eDPI in Valorant. Compare cm/360° instead, because it’s the one number that means the same thing in every shooter.
